I had a fabulous time staying at this hotel. The rooms were old-fashioned but incredibly comfortable and had every imaginable comfort. The service was exceptional with a personal touch for our anniversary. The location was excellent, right by Kensington Gardens. The dining experience was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch.
