Reviews and Ratings
I had a fabulous time staying at this hotel. The rooms were old-fashioned but incredibly comfortable and had every imaginable comfort. The service was exceptional with a personal touch for our anniversary. The location was excellent, right by Kensington Gardens. The dining experience was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel presented a mix of beauty and comfort in a prime location near Hyde Park, offering welcoming service with a touch of luxury. However, the dining experience had slight inconsistencies. Overall, it's a great choice for a luxurious stay in London.
The hotel offers a unique charm with spacious rooms overlooking Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residents of Prince William and Prince Harry. The hotel's character shines through, especially with the lovely terrace featuring French doors. However, the rooms are a bit small, but it adds to the hotel's character.
My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The individual and stylish rooms exuded a luxurious vibe, and the dining experience at dinner and breakfast was faultless. Overlooking Kensington Gardens added to the charm of the place, making it a top choice for a memorable stay.
Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were fabulous, spotlessly clean, and quiet, showcasing a luxurious and stylish design. The service was top-notch, with the front desk staff being super helpful and very welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the park across the street and close to various amenities. The dining experience was faultless, offering a variety of delicious options. A fantastic stay overall, despite the high cost of the rooms.
Staying at this hotel has been an absolute delight! From the small touches like a lit candle in the bathroom to the exceptional staff at the front desk and during breakfast, everything looked even better than the pictures online. Highly recommended, with a few minor areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious with a sitting area, and the staff was amazing, both at the front desk and in the breakfast room. The daily breakfast was very nice. The location, right opposite Kensington Gardens and a short walk from Knightsbridge, was ideal. However, the price could be a bit high for some travelers.
I couldn't have asked for a more delightful stay! The hotel rooms were just lovely and comfortable, each with its own unique charm. The small terrace with the French doors was a terrific touch. While the decor may be a tad dated in some areas, the overall experience was pleasant. Unfortunately, my room faced the back instead of overlooking the park, which was a minor downside.
Staying at the hotel was an exceptional experience. As a family of 4 adults and 4 children, staying in the three-bedroom residence and three hotel rooms was lovely and comfortable. An unforgettable night out at the Royal Albert Hall, watching Cirque de Soleil's Totem, made it a special 10/10 stay.
